8.Importance of Lota.

Water should be drunk at least 40 minutes or at most one hour before the meal. You can drink as much water as you want.

6.2. As soon as you wake up in the morning, drink water first without washing your mouth.

6.3. If there are two grains in your meal, then you can drink one or two sips of water after the end of one grain and before the start of the second grain.

6.4. The best thing to drink at the end of the meal is buttermilk. The time to drink it is after lunch. The second best thing is milk (desi milk) which can be drunk after dinner. It is even better if milk is drunk before going to bed. The third best thing is seasonal fruit juice whose time is after breakfast. The juice of fruits stored in cold storage will destroy everything. To digest the juices that are formed in our stomach, it will destroy this very juice. To digest the juices that are formed in our stomach, they are formed in this very order (time). This rule does not apply to children who are dependent on their mother's womb (up to 3 years) because the formation of the kidney inside the child starts only after one and a half or two years of their age.

6.5. Eating fruits is considered much better than drinking juice. Because all the five come out in the juice. The five cleanses the blood, cleans the large intestine and small intestine as well. It will control heart disease, triglycerides, cholesterol. Add a little black salt to the juice and drink it or add ginger juice or lime and drink it, you will never have cold. Mix a little ginger, black salt on top of wheat grain and lime in 1 glass of juice and take it.

6.6 Always drink water by sucking it, always drink water in sips. Our body has fire to digest food and acid is used to burn the fire and alkali is formed in the mouth. In the form of acid, alkali and alkali mix together and become neutral. Acid means those whose pH is less than 7 and alkali means those whose pH is more than 7. Neutral means those whose pH is 7 and water is neutral. It is best if the stomach is always like water i.e. soft.

After that comes the blood of the heart. Due to lack of blood, the brain stops working. That is why diseases like brain, paralysis, heart damage can occur due to this.

6.10. The first disease increases by drinking cold water, so drinking cold water causes a lot of harm. Do not consume things like refrigerator water, ice water and ice cream.

6.11 Drink lukewarm water in the morning or water kept in a copper vessel (only in the morning). Never drink water from plastic and aluminium vessels. Water has no quality of its own, it takes the quality of the water with which it is mixed. Always drink water while sitting. It is necessary to drink 750 grams of water for people below 18 years of age, one to one and a quarter liters for people between 18 and 60 years of age, one to one and a quarter liters for people between 60 years of age and 750 grams of water for people above 60 years of age.

6.12. In case of excess copper in the body, do not drink copper plates in the morning. Do not remain barefoot while drinking water from a copper vessel, i.e., drink water only after holding some object like wood or plastic in your feet. There should be no direct contact with the ground while drinking copper water. Drinking water while standing and quickly causes two serious diseases. The first of which is hernia (prolapse of intestine) and the second is appendicitis (appendix).A disease of hydrocele can also occur in the age of more than 60 years. Every person can calculate the amount of water to be drunk in a day by subtracting 2 times his weight more than 10 times. Normally 4-5 liters of water should be drunk. 6. Rules of drinking water.

8.1. Glass is not from India. Glass has come from Europe, and Europe has come from Petgal. Lota is from India. Lota is round in shape. Lota is never of one line, these utensils are not good. By keeping water in a Lota, its quality gets transferred to water. Surface tension of every round object is low. Because the surface area of ​​a round object is less. That means the surface tension of water will also be less in a round object i.e. an object shaped like a Lota.

8.2. Any object with high surface tension used for eating or drinking is very bad from the health point of view. Because the exaggerated pressure that presses the body comes from its medium.

8.3. The biggest quality of water is cleaning. Water with high surface tension is not able to clean the large intestine and small intestine properly.

8.4. By applying a thing with low surface tension on the body, it opens the mouth of the skin a little more (in the second position), due to which the waste comes out of the body easily. Due to this reason, water with low surface tension is in the form of large intestine and small intestine. It reduces the surface tension. Due to which the mouth of large and small intestine opens a little more. Due to which there is more waste. It comes out of them i.e. out of the body. Therefore, drinking water with high surface tension will increase the surface tension of the intestines. Due to which the intestines will shrink and the waste in the intestines will not be cleaned properly. Anything shrinks due to increased tension and anything opens due to decreased tension. Due to this waste, the condition of diseases like disorder in the body, fistula increases.

8.5. Therefore, one should always drink water kept in a round object. Because the water kept in any round object is the best. Whether it is water of a lota, well, pond, puddle. The most polluted water is that of the sea. Rain water comes down in a round form. Their surface tension is low. The surface tension of their cold water increases. And the surface tension of their lukewarm water is low.

8.6. Sick people should always drink warm water. Water should be heated and then cooled before storing it in any vessel.

If you want to stay healthy, then along with yoga, you will have to strictly follow the rules of Ayurveda, such as –

1.Ayurveda says to take morning bath, not to walk or run fast. If you have to walk, then walk in the evening.

2. After having dinner at 6 to 7 pm, sit in the morning vigil for 15 minutes and then walk at least 1000 steps. If you walk or run fast in the morning, then the risk of heart attack, paralysis, pancreatitis etc. increases due to increased wind.

3.Yoga (asana, pranayama) should be done after defecation in the morning or 4 to 5 hours after lunch. Yoga removes physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual disorders. Therefore, make it a habit to do yoga, your life will be disease free, happy and joyful, because there is no other alternative to yoga.

4.For the health of teeth and gums, use tooth brush instead of toothbrush.

5. For removing skin and hair problems, massage with blue Multani soil or cow milk and then take bath.

6.Have breakfast as per your wish, light lunch and very light dinner at a fixed time, sitting on the ground in Sukhasan or squatting position and chewing it peacefully. Make a habit of urinating after meals and then sitting in the toilet for 15 minutes.

7.After meals, take rest for 30 to 50 minutes which is equivalent to sleeping for 3 hours at night.

8. Keep a gap of 4 to 6 hours between one meal and another and give up the habit of eating something or the other continuously. Food should be eaten within 48 minutes of cooking.

9.Instead of drinking water after or during meals, drink fresh fruit juice in the morning, buttermilk in the afternoon and milk at night. Water, buttermilk, milk, fresh lemon juice etc. while sitting on the table

Just drink it in sips. Always drink lukewarm water to avoid stones, obesity and constipation.

10.Water 48 minutes before meals and 60 minutes to 90 minutes after meals

12.Drinking water at the end of the meal is like drinking poison. Hence, do not drink water half an hour before and one and a half hour after eating. Drink water after one and a half hours.

13.As an alternative to water, you can drink fresh juice of seasonal fruits after breakfast, buttermilk after lunch and if you are not a heart patient, you can also drink curd lassi. Hot milk after dinner. It is important that the quantity of these things is not changed.

14.Whenever you drink water, drink it while sitting and sip by sip. Never drink water from the freezer. In summers, you can drink water from an earthen pot.

15.Breakfast should be eaten within two to three hours of sunrise. You should check the sunrise time in your city and then decide the dinner time. Eat breakfast to your heart's content. Eat your favorite food to your heart's content in the morning.  Eat lunch one third less than breakfast, for example if you eat three rotis in the morning then eat two in the afternoon. Immediately after lunch lie down on your left side, if you want you can sleep also, but for at least 20 minutes and not more than 40 minutes. Not more than 40 minutes.

16. On the contrary do not sleep immediately after dinner. After dinner walk at least 500 steps. If possible eat dinner before sunset. Do not use freezer, microwave oven, pressure cooker and aluminium utensils for cooking.  Do not use refined oil in food. Use pure oil of the oilseeds grown in the area where you live, for example, if mustard is grown in large quantity in your area then use mustard oil, if groundnut is grown then use groundnut oil, if coconut is grown then use coconut oil. Oil should be straight from the valley.

17.Always use rock salt in food, not ionized salt. Instead of sugar, you can use jaggery, sugar, desi sugar or thread-like salt.

18 Do not consume any food, tea, coffee, non-vegetarian food, refined flour, bakery products.19 Drink milk with turmeric after brushing teeth before sleeping at night.

19While sleeping, the nose should be in east direction and while making arrangements, the nose should be in south direction.

Know the causes of disease –

The person who is free from all three sorrows and is trying to free others too, that person has the right to salvation.Pets play the biggest role in removing the sorrows of the body. 90 percent of the sorrows of the body are related to pets. Only 10 percent of the sorrows are beyond the pet. Therefore, the maximum attention should be paid to the pet animals. The number of these 90 percent diseases is 148.

The DNA of hot countries and cold countries is completely different, they have originated from all the religions of the world. 11.Rules of drinking water.

10.1.Playing from birth to 18 years is labour. From 18 to 60, labour increases a little. Do not do physical labour till 60 years. After 60 years, labour should be reduced. Relation between climate and daily routine

10.2.Make your daily routine according to the geographical conditions of India. It means that you should mould your daily routine according to the nature of the place where you are going.

10.3. Oil should be according to the local environment and taste, cold oil is good in hot areas (in South India). The coldest oil is coconut oil extracted from the Ghani. Mustard oil is the best in North India. Sesame oil is good for the people living in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Fadi areas. 3. Dry fruits can be eaten but according to the burning sensation and effect. Walnuts should be eaten by people living in cold places, cashews should be eaten by people of Jammu and Kashmir. Saffron should not be eaten after December, January and February.

11.3 month old children can be given celery chutney.

11.4.Arjun ki Chaal increases the chances of stone formation. Stones can occur only if lime is consumed in large quantities. Otherwise not.

11.5.You can drink Kada in the evening but it is best to drink Kada in the morning.

11.6. Tea drinkers should use jaggery instead of sugar. The use of sugar increases the acidity in the body and the use of jaggery will eliminate the need for milk. You can eat sapota and banana with milk. Except amla, all sour things which have become the door of God are known enemies of milk. Sour mango cannot be eaten with milk.

12.5. Please see here what is the reason for Urad (mother) dal. Paneer, Urad (mother) dal has the highest protein. Any acidic thing creates problem in digesting high protein. Hence eat Urad dal alone. If it is necessary to eat then keep a gap of one and a half hours.

12.6. Urine or dung juice mixed with honey and ghee is given at the time of birth ceremony of children but this should not be done. If children have to lick it then they should lick only ghee or honey.

12.7. In a situation where a particular medicine works, then ghee and honey can be given to children together. Like, after birth, the body of some children starts changing to copper colour very fast, in such a situation, this is good for that child.

12.8. English medicines should not be taken with Ayurvedic medicines, otherwise the result can be bad.

12.9. Never eat two opposing things together. Like, milk and curd can never be eaten together. Do not eat any thing made of milk and curd together. Because the nature of both is different. Kadhi and Kheer cannot be eaten together.

12.10 Do not eat paan after jackfruit.

12.11. Jaggery and ghee must be eaten together. There should be a gap of at least one and a half hours between two opposing foods.

12.12.Curd should always be eaten with sweet things, except sugar. Never eat curd with salt. Curd is eaten for living beings, curd is home to millions of living beings, adding salt kills all living beings in curd, due to which there is no benefit of eating curd.

12.13..Do not use any salty thing while eating or drinking milk or do not eat any thing made of milk with salt except rock salt and black salt.

12.14. Never eat both hot things and cold things together. You can eat Kulfi. You can eat Rabdi. Eat Kulfi after heating it a little or you can eat Kulfi or Kulfi, you can eat Rabdi. Eat Kulfi after heating it a little or Kulfi should be eaten one by one i.e. eat Kulfi after keeping it in the mouth for a while.

Never sleep with the head in the north. The north direction for sleeping is the direction of death.

14.3. Those who cannot sleep should first sleep on the right side. If Chandra Nadi Kriya is done, then the sleep will be very good. The hand should always be on the junction of the chin and stomach. While getting up, one should never get up from the other side. One should always get up from the right side or the side of the nostrils that is running.

14.4. During the menstrual cycle, women should sleep on their stomach for 3-4 days. During the menstrual cycle, conception tries to fail. Therefore, conception does not fail by sleeping on the stomach. During the menstrual cycle, it is good for women to sleep in a comfortable position.

14.5. This can be done by keeping one foot over the other, leaving people above 60 years of age lying straight.

14.6. There is a high possibility of hernia due to sleeping on the stomach. Appendicitis can also occur. There can be a problem of prostate.

14.7. If you have to read-write or do any exercise, then the north direction is the best.

14.8. A hair works between the earth and the body. Like we call it gravity hair. For gravity hair, both the north pole of the earth and the south pole of the earth are the strongest. And they work like a magnet.

14. 9. Magnet has two heads. North and South. The North pole of the body is the head and the South pole is the pair. This means that if the head is in the North direction, it will work forcefully which will bring control in the body. It will also have to be pressed in the blood. Due to which you will not be able to sleep properly. The heart rate will also increase. If you do the opposite of this, i.e. if you sleep with your head in the South and feet in the North, the force of attraction will work and pull your body due to which the body will get rest and you will get good sleep. Doing this gives more benefits in mental diseases.

14.10. East direction is neutral, here the force of attraction does not work nor does the force of attraction work and if this also works then it is in a balanced state. For anyone, not much detailed information has been received about the West direction yet. All the people who are attractive among the householders should sleep with their head in the East direction and all the people who are attractive among the planets should sleep with their head in the East direction and all the people who are planets should sleep with their head in the South direction.

14.11. Children whose height is not increasing as per their age should be kept with their head facing south. Height will become normal in 4-5 years. 12. Children who do physical labour should sleep for at least 8-10 hours and those who do not do physical labour should sleep for 6 to 6:30 hours. 13. One should never sleep on the bed with wet feet at night.
